If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Pay Pal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders.  In stock orders will ship 48-72 hours after your credit card has been approved.  Shipments occur Mon - Fri.  Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next buisness day.

If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately if your items are in stock. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check if your items are in stock.

ORDERS

We request information from the user on our order form. On this form, a user must provide contact information (name, phone number, email address, and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, billing address, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. When placing an order, all of your collected information is used for the following:

1.         Enable us to ship the product to you

2.         Enable us to process, validate and verify your Credit card for purchase

3.         Enable us to contact you regarding your order status            

While we make use of third party credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original and unworn condition within 15 days for a refund or exchange. (Shipping and handling fees are not refunded). Items received after 15 days from date of receipt will not be accepted. Special orders are NOT REFUNDABLE (Special Orders are order quanities of a single item greater than 4, anything that is ordered that is not available on the website, etc.) please contact customer care if you have questions. Final sale and/or Final-Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional exchange or re-stocking fees may apply. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
